1. Using the platform
By using GlobalFleet or the moPTI app, your company agrees to these terms on behalf of its authorized users.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
The platform is for legitimate fleet safety and compliance purposes. Misuse, including attempts to disrupt the service, may result in suspension.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed per the pricing and terms agreed at signup. Enterprise agreements may include separate negotiated terms.
5. Data & telematics connections
You authorize GlobalFleet to connect to the telematics and camera systems you configure, and to process the resulting data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
GlobalFleet provides tools to support safer operations but does not guarantee the prevention of any specific incident.
