About the role
You'll be the person new fleets talk to in their first 90 days — getting telematics connected, drivers trained on moPTI, and managers comfortable with alerts before we call it done.
What you'll do
Own onboarding for new fleet accounts start to finish
Configure telematics and camera integrations with customers
Train safety managers and drivers on the platform
Flag product feedback back to the team from real rollouts
What we're looking for
2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in trucking or fleet tech
Comfortable on the phone and screen-sharing with non-technical users
Organized enough to run several onboardings at once
Based in the US, able to travel occasionally
